The deadline for applications is 16th October 2020. Click here to apply for Analytics | Consulting | Software Engineering | Cyber Security | Business & Technology Integration. During your application, you will be redirected to our partner Headstart - a diversity recruitment tool, designed to eliminate unconscious bias.
The first step will be to complete an online profile. Include lots of relevant info and keywords in your profile. The more information you add to your profile, the stronger it becomes. Dedicate some time to completing your profile and think about the skills that will make you stand out.
Your application is incomplete if you fail to complete your Headstart profile.
We'll assess your suitability to the role based on your online profile. We’ll notify you if you’ve made it to the next stage (the Discovery Portal) via email, within 5 working days.
The Discovery Portal is a series of short online assessments to help us get deeper insights into your skills and abilities. Typically, it takes 1 hour to complete, but there is no time limit. You can stop and start, without losing progress.
If you seem like the right fit across all areas, we'll invite you to take part in a virtual assessment and interview, within 2 weeks of the close of applications.
There are 3 simple steps to apply to the graduate programme stream of your choice; Business & Technology Integration, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Analytics or Consulting.
Select your preferred stream application from the links at the top of the page to access Headstart, view the job description and build your profile.
You’ll get an email within 5 working days to let you know if you’ve successfully progressed to the Discovery Portal stage. It includes a series of short online assessments.
If you're the right fit, you'll be invited to a virtual assessment and interview. It's an interactive way for us to see how you solve challenges in virtual environments.
