It’s our commitment to equality. Our answer to inclusion and diversity. And our invitation to society to stand alongside us. Discover more now.

At Accenture, we believe the future workforce is an equal one and set bold goals to accelerate gender equality. Today, more than 275,000 women work at Accenture. Additionally, 50% of our board of directors are women.

Our Empowering Female Futures learning experience is designed to support you to learn more about why at Accenture we care about the individual, to help you identify and harness your strengths throughout our assessment process, and to foster a support network amongst those with a shared passion for Technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help you learn more about Accenture and secure a graduate offer on one of our Software Engineering or Client Delivery Graduate Programmes.

The core of this learning experience will be a one-day virtual connect with a number of engaging sessions – including a panel discussion with our Accent on Gender network and a Q&A session with female analysts on our graduate programmes, where you can ask them about everything from their most rewarding project to tips on how to navigate a global company. You’ll also learn more about what motivated them to pursue a career in technology and hear about their progression.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in employability sessions run by our Senior Recruiters and find out how to excel in our assessment process.

The Empowering Female Futures learning experience is open to individuals who have a real passion and flair for technology. You’ll have a real interest in Software Engineering or Client Delivery, and end-to-end design and delivery. Overall, we’re looking for a willingness to try new things, a desire for self-improvement and a strong work ethic.
