We are seeking an Account Manager to join our London-based international team who will have an important role in establishing and championing positive client relationships. You are considered the backbone of the team with growing leadership skills, and are relied upon to get the job done. You have a strong understanding of agency capabilities and are able to comfortably sell in new work to clients.

You should be a proactive problem-solver able to collaborate with teammates to identify and implement efficient strategies. Your passion for healthcare encourages you to deliver exceptional results.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and goals, effectively communicating these to the internal agency team
  • Create and propose suggestions and plans for agency recommendations, POV’s and strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners
  • Maintain complete working knowledge of assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences
  • Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans
  • Play a role in tactical brainstorming
  • Provide accurate and timely product forecasts and handle billing
  • Build SOWs with Integrated Producer

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Some directly relevant experience in an account/client services role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
  • Ability to tell a simple and compelling story visually and verbally
  • A drive to elevate thinking and provide outstanding work
  • A curious mentality and a desire to constantly learn and grow

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the outstanding services we are known for.
