Reporting into the European Recruitment Director the UKI Recruitment Director will define and set the overall strategy, direction and delivery plan(s) of the Recruiting Teams across Experienced Hire and Early Talent for UKI across all parts and levels of the organisation, apart from MD Hiring.
Working closely with UKI business leaders and HR Leadership colleagues, this role leads an overall team of 100+ including the relationship with HRSS and has accountability across the whole Recruitment life cycle, from Go-To-Market Strategies, through Engagement, Assessment and Onboarding & induction
Through leadership of the team you will drive Recruitment Delivery, Engagement and Innovation to ‘make the teams famous’ both within Accenture and beyond, by ensuring that great talent is brought into the organisation and aligned to business needs.

Define the overall Recruitment Value Proposition for UKI Recruitment, aligned to business needs to ensure:
The timely and effective Delivery of Recruitment
Expert Engagement with Business SHs, Candidates and wider HR
Innovation that enhances delivery, Accenture’s EVP and our I&D commitments
Collaborate with European Recruitment Director and Global Recruitment in the support of strategic change initiatives
Partner with Business Stakeholders (UKI Exec Level, Recruitment and I&D Sponsors and Operational Leads) and TSC to align Recruitment plans and capacity planning to need
Ensure and evolve the Go-To-Market strategies and EVPs across Experienced Hire & Early Talent (Graduates, Interns & Apprenticeships)
Develop integrated Recruitment I&D strategies to meet targets and position Accenture as an employer of choice for diverse talent
Recruit, retain and develop the best Recruitment Talent for Accenture
Ensure effective Governance of the Recruitment function to track delivery against Global Recruiting metrics (joiners, time-to-hire, cost, speed, quality and diversity)
Ensure that clear objectives are set, communicated and managed across the teams align to the overarching UKI Recruitment Value Proposition and Business need
Effective Management of UKI Recruitment budget together with the Finance Business Partner
Management of the UKI Recruitment teams and service delivery relationship with HRSS
Delivery against Global Recruiting metrics (joiners, time-to-hire, cost, speed, quality and diversity)
Ensure that the UKI Recruitment function adheres to all compliance and audit requirements
Oversee the development and utilisation of data and insight tools throughout the whole Recruitment life-cycle; from market analysis, through to GTM strategies, assessments and onboarding
The ability to define the overall Recruitment Value Proposition for UKI Recruitment, aligned to business needs to ensure: Delivery, Engagement and Innovation
An ability to define and articulate a plan and innovation to influence positive Recruitment outcomes aligned to business need
Comfortable in collaborating with Senior Level Stakeholders, including European/Global Recruitment colleagues in the support of strategic change initiatives regarding Recruitment
Demonstrable skills to help evolve and drive EVPs/Go-To-Market strategies across Experienced Hire & Early Talent (Graduates, Interns & Apprenticeships)
Skilled in developing integrated Recruitment I&D strategies to meet targets and position Accenture as an employer of choice for diverse talent
Demonstrable ability to recruit, retain and develop the best Recruitment Talent
Skilled in the effective Governance of a large-scale Recruitment function across varied niche/technical skills and to track delivery against Recruiting metrics through the teams
Able to operate in a highly matrixed environment, bringing structured approaches to ambiguous Recruitment challenges
A comfort and ability to manage large budgets
