  • How to work in large global teams to manage and implement innovative and valuable transformation projects

  • To work as part of and develop diverse teams, consisting of colleagues and partners


As a Junior CMT delivery consultant, you will:

  • Be coached and mentored constantly to improve your skills; you will have a great team behind you wanting you to succeed

  • Drive forward and manage the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget

  • Have a varied number of experiences, working on multiple clients and engagements – a rich and rewarding journey

  • Mobilise, shape and work collaboratively with teams across the globe to deliver parts of or all parts of a project

  • Work closely with our clients to ensure there are no gaps in their expectation and our delivery assumptions and plans

  • Use a variety of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall

  • Work in a variety of roles – dependent on engagement – such as, but not limited to, Workstream or Project Leads, Business Designer/ Analyst, Test Lead, Product Leads…

  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships

  • Look after your team and of course…have lots of fun along the way!



Qualifications

Beneficial experience

We are looking for experience in the following:
 

  • Some proven ability of successfully managing phases of projects

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and experience of resource management, working as part of, or leading a high performing team.  Being a team playing, who brings passion and energy to your day to day work is key!

  • Financial and business acumen

  • A desire to build on and develop knowledge of exciting areas such as the latest in modern technology, industry trends and capabilities

Set yourself apart

Candidates will preferably have one or more of the following:
 

  • An interest in or experience of working within one or more of the CMT sectors

  • Project management certification/credentials

  • Agile experience

  • Previous consultancy background

  • A background in working closely with clients and partners

  • Cloud certifications/credentials
