As Senior Manager you will be:

  • Challenging the status quo, asking: Could we do this more efficiently? How can we improve our approach? What activity might drive better outcomes?

  • Aligning creative with business strategy—understanding how a project fits into Accenture’s global goals

  • Brainstorming campaign ideas with colleagues

  • Writing and editing thought decks for campaigns

  • Fostering a creative environment for the creative team to work in

  • Overseeing projects

  • Working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects

  • Understanding each campaign’s goals and target audience

  • Collaborating with the team and internal client partners

  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Skills in managing people, projects, and resources

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best

  • Copy expertise: the ability to simplify complex information and write with a human tone

  • Understanding of the clients' vision

  • An awareness of current trends in advertising and design

  • Confidence to work independently or in a group

  • The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

  • Problem-solving skills

  • The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Relevant experience

Set yourself apart:

  • Ability to tell a powerful story – be that to internal stakeholders or in shaping client communications

  • Mastery of writing and creative direction of the full suite marketing mix – digital, video, client comms, podcasts, virtual activities, blogs, media etc

  • Established record of effective stakeholder engagement with proven results

  • Comfort leading messaging workshops
