This role will work within the Spark44 team, serving a global automotive client (Jaguar Land Rover Transforms Global Marketing Communications Model | Accenture). The Spark44 team creates brand communications, delivering award-winning creative and marketing effectiveness across end-to-end customer communications.
We are looking for a Content Strategist/Copywriter to work on two of the most iconic and desirable automotive brands in the world today.
Both Jaguar and Land Rover are continually striving to offer the best online experiences for their customers and potential customers, so as well as providing content recommendations for vehicle projects, you will also be expected to help develop long-term strategies for relevant and engaging content across both brands. You will work across both brands on their respective global responsive websites and eBrochures.
Have an understanding of how the user journey, content and user engagement works in a digital environment.
Gain a full understanding of how and why client website pages and eBrochures are structured as they are and what components are at your disposal, alongside their relevant character counts.
Support the Senior Content Strategist in the Birmingham Spark44 office.
Work across the multidisciplinary DX (Digital Experience) team at Spark44. The team is made up of UX Architects, UX Designers, Digital Designers, Content Strategists and Copywriters.
Work with other departments and colleagues, including Art Directors, product specialists, analytics experts and our SEO partner, Dentsu.
Write and edit copy that meets brand and tone of voice guidelines for JLR digital platforms.
Turn technical information into easily understood customer-facing content.
Use provided keywords to optimise copy for search.
Inform asset requirements. This could be in the form of content requests for short films, interviews, CGI, photography or interactive elements.
Present your work, when required, to JLR clients and internal stakeholders.
Travel to JLR offices, when required.
Contribute to the culture and output of the DX team by encouraging big ideas and innovative design approaches and processes.
