Do you want to be part of the fast-growing Security team working at the cutting edge of cyber security and resilience? 

We are looking for talented, entrepreneurial and driven consulting and sales professionals to join us as Sales Directors, specialising in Enterprise and Consumer Identity and Access Management (IAM).  

Our Sales Directors are at the heart of our business playing a key role in acting as trusted relationship managers, sustaining and growing existing Cyber Security business by bringing to bear the full range of Cyber Security services and expertise. Our Sales Directors also have an important role in helping to develop and sell new, more sophisticated and ground-breaking Identity and Access Management solutions.

We are looking for ambitious professionals with a proven track record in IAM Security sales and a good awareness and understanding of Cyber Security and Privileged Access Management.  You must have business development and consultative sales experience, experience in working in a structured, sophisticated and disciplined security sales team, a good grip on commercial contracting; and, plenty of energy and appetite for change.  You must also have an outgoing and engaging personality, have strong written and oral communication skills – and be a real team player.

A good understanding of IAM Security Services is required plus an understanding of cutting edge technical expertise across the IAM Technology range. We will help build your technical understanding and will provide training and coaching to help you develop further.

We are looking for individuals with experience across a wide variety of Security capabilities as we are recruiting for more than one role.  Experience in some of the following would be advantageous - Cloud and Infrastructure Security, Data Security, Managed Security Services, Application Security, GRC and Cyber Defence Services.  Individuals should also have experience in Systems Integration and solution development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the IAM Security component within strategic accounts/deals and design business development plans for future Sales pipeline
  • Develop the IAM Security proposal & RFI requests, collaboratively working with colleagues across the wider Accenture to prepare and help deliver high quality proposals and presentations to clients
  • Ensure that all opportunities are accurately tracked in our systems, our pricing is consistent with Account Team objectives, contracting and other arrangements meet all Accenture requirements.
  • Ensure that your Business Development and sales targets, and all other KPIs, are met
  • Meet personal and career development objectives agreed with the Security leadership team – including the completion of internal and external training courses
  • Attend prospect meetings and client review meetings, represent Security at Accenture events, industry conferences and other external meetings as required

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Extensive sales experience (services) on Enterprise Identity & Access Management or Customer Identity & Access Management
  • Experience on Industry leading IAM products including at least one of SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping or Okta
  • Significant years’ experience of working with large scale identity program including strategy, transformation and run
  • Strong understanding of cloud, automation, deployment tools and associated methodologies
  • Experience in leading end to end sales processes for large complex programmes
  • Commercial understanding of Enterprise sales, customer orientation, resellers, SI’s
  • Relationship with IAM leadership team for UK/Europe based clients

What academic qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelors Degree and or equivalent
