In our team you will learn:

  • To shape and deliver transformational solutions for clients who are looking to better understand their customers and how they engage with their products and services
  • To combine data discovery underpinned by client value drivers and industry benchmarks to design leading customer experiences
  • To use storytelling to convey key data-informed messages of value to our clients
  • Work with a variety of high-profile clients and learn to establish strong client relationships

As a Digital Customer Experience and Data Orchestration Consultant, you will:

  • Redefine customer journeys and personalise interactions to create significant and consistent experiences
  • Utilise the power of customer data to help organisations maximise value from their interactions
  • Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology
  • Advise clients on marketing effectiveness, optimisation and efficiency across the campaign chain with a strong focus on ways of working, creative, data and channels
  • Gather data to help clients deliver the right message to help them progress customers from awareness to prospects, cross sell to existing customers, or even inform sales or service about what customers are trying to accomplish
  • Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience delivering projects leveraging: Customer data platforms, analytic models, marketing platforms, personalisation platforms, and media activation.

  • Experience working with a highly matrixed business environment, requiring deep navigation skills.

  • Background in Data & Analytics/Consulting

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Set yourself apart:

  • Experience with data technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies.

  • Experience with data driven marketing campaign design and implementation

  • Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management, mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation
