Role: Business/Technology Innovation Consultant 

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Travel: Up to 100%

Qualifications

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Contributing to the growth of CMT through innovation, capability building and thought leadership
  • Working with our portfolio of exciting clients to support them in driving innovation through new technologies, new business models and new ways of working that add value

Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Working in either business or technology innovation
  • Working with agile project delivery methods
  • Leading and inspiring teams
  • Working with a wide variety of stakeholders

We are looking for the following skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • An understanding of how to collect and generate insight from quantitative and quantitative data

The right person will also:

  • Be curious and have a willingness to learn
  • Be entrepreneurial and creative, and enjoy problem solving
  • Have a flexible working style
  • Be comfortable travelling and working away from home

The following is also desirable, but not mandatory

  • Application of Design Thinking principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies e.g. artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, machine learning, blockchain etc.
  • Experience building prototypes

What academic qualifications do you need?

  • Undergraduate degree (at least 2:1 or equivalent)
