The Workplace Security Identity Lead will drive Accenture’s global strategy for physical access of Accenture facilities and monitoring of Accenture space.  The lead will help develop Accenture’s Security Operations Center Standards and build the necessary internal and external relationships to ensure they are adhered to in all geographies.  This will be accomplished through supporting the Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC), processes and programs, managing global standards and acting as an advisor for local access and monitoring projects.  In addition, the lead works closely with Accenture’s internal IT, Global Asset Protection (GAP) team to implement the Access and Monitoring Design Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Overall

  • Develop, implement and monitor global processes for:
    • badge design
    • badge creation
    • access request and approval workflow process
    • auto-provisioning of access
    • badge distribution
    • digital access credentials
    • visitor access credentials
    • credential metrics (delivery time, accuracy)
    • technical support of card access issues and access control and CCTV maintenance items
  • Select, implement and monitor automation tools for above processes
  • Provide input on GSOC alarm event action plans.
  • Develop, Implement and monitor GSOC Operator Quality Assurance Program
  • Track and report on global GSOC key performance metrics monthly
  • Understand and support Accenture’s corporate Life Safety & security standards
