What responsibilities will you have?


  • Overall accountability for the Operations presence on the account, internally and with the client, being your own CEO of the Operations work
  • Bringing the best to your client through immersing yourself in the account, in relationships with your client and closely managing their expectations
  •  Understanding the client’s business priorities within their industry to support them to be competitive position in the market
  • Defining a strategic innovation roadmap, consistent with the client’s expectations and predictive analytics through leveraging new opportunities and Accenture’s assets to provide digital disruption and real transformation
  • Collaborate with Accenture internal teams and wider networks to form smart partners to leverage the full innovation potential and ensuring it is consistently on the agenda
  • Building and enabling the account structure with client clear relationship governance, to proactively manage the service and financial risk, to ensure you are looking after your client and Accenture
  • Building a high performing agile team on the account, putting in place a talent strategy that enables them to grow, engage and navigate the future



What skills & experience are we looking for?


  • Account management experience in a fast-paced industry with a strong appetite and desire to drive innovation
  • Operations, Outsourcing or Consulting experience to support understanding of the market 
  • Experience of managing and motivating your people, to be a true truly human leader, enabling people to grow and develop in an innovative environment
  • MBA qualification desired, but not essential
