Our practice is a very active community, in fact, it’s really a very close family, and is growing rapidly.  We are looking for Managers to join our team and share our passion for talent, business transformation, HR, implementation and change management.
What responsibilities will you have?
    • Providing uniquely differentiated consulting expertise to Resources (oil & gas, utilities, chemicals and natural resources) clients by helping them to think through and implement digital transformation solutions, including in the HR area
    • Participating in client discussions to identify and shape new business and/or HR transformation opportunities and confidently articulating Accenture’s points of view on best practice
    • Supporting large teams in all aspects of fast-paced transformation programmes including operating model and organisation design, communications, training, stakeholder management, change network leadership and benefits realisation
    • Building client relationships and your network across the practice
    • Supporting business development, sales efforts and internal capability development to continue to expand our practice
    • Operating as an expert in the “latest and greatest” in the transformation space, including the key disruptors, workforces of the future, talent management for a digital age, HR cloud solutions and ever-evolving employee expectations
    • Working cross-function and cross-country with other areas of Accenture’s business to plan and deliver multi-disciplinary solutions for our clients
    • Bringing experience in the breadth of change management disciplines including behaviour and culture
    • Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how offerings and services provide value. Able to work cross-functionally with other teams leveraging key documentation including detailed functional specs, requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
Basic Qualifications
 
What skills & experience are we looking for?
    • Experience of working in the Resources industry and strong knowledge of the key industry hot topics
    • A passion and understanding of current best practice business & HR/functional transformation, talent management and organisational change management
    • Experience in transforming an organisation’s HR, or other function, operating model, organisation design, talent strategy, their capability and technology
    • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
    • Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value
    • Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
    • Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others
    • A drive and determination to lead, coach and develop others and share your knowledge of talent strategy, business transformation and change management
    • Experience of developing thought leadership
    • A willingness to travel and work away from home (Monday to Friday if required)
You will ideally also have:
    • Strong lateral management and persuasive skills
    • A passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
