The Financial Services Senior Manager specializing in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and emerging automation technologies is a critical role at Accenture, where the Robotics Process Automation and Intelligent Automation business in Financial Services in the region is of extremely high strategic priority. The role will support the delivery of Accenture's RPA and Intelligent Automation offerings, including RPA Strategy, Architecture, Programme setup and governance, IT Operating Models, Security and Ecosystem engagement aspects and will focus on bridging the gap between the business and technology functions, articulating the business value of RPA technology.
This technology professional will advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the process and systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself, defining architecture and infrastructure requirements, providing technical direction on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime in relation to RPA and other emerging technology implementations.
The Senior Manager must be a professional who have an interest in how business processes work and interact, and have a commitment to grow and develop our practice. Senior Managers must be able to define potential processes for automation while also understanding the client IT landscape and the infrastructure required to develop, test and deploy the RPA opportunity. In addition, managers need to apply their skills in project and programme management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, and organisational change, constantly looking at ways of driving improvement in our processes, offerings, and strategies.
