Join the Accenture Consulting CFO & Enterprise Value team in developing digitally-enabled strategies and plans that help clients improve competitiveness and establish market leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

As a CFO & Enterprise Value strategist, you will support clients with:

·       Defining Next Generation Operating Models and Organisation Structures

·       Capturing the Value of Advanced Analytics

·       Redefining the finance function with the power of Cloud ERP

·       Digitising the Finance Function

·       Assessing and predicting risk

·       Enterprise Strategic Cost Management

·       Developing Finance Talent and Capabilities



·       Develops trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and their leadership teams.

·       Leads teams of consultants to shape and execute comprehensive Finance digital transformation programs strategies, including cost reduction opportunity assessment, operating model transformation, digital strategy, ERP programs, analytics and data programs and more

·       Develops Accenture talent to deliver finance transformation for our clients including digital capabilities, deep finance know-how and executive presence skills

·       Articulates the value proposition and business case for digital finance solutions such ad operating model changes, analytics or automation programs

·       Analyses and model’s data to support large scale cost reduction programmes

·       Develops and executes blueprints that define the finance and business operating model, digitisation plan, data and analytic insights engine to support the broader organisation’s future strategy

·       Reviews and shapes organisation models for Finance 

·       Identifies where our clients need to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation in order to sustain high performance

·       Leads multi-disciplinary teams to shape, secure, communicate and implement programs. Encourages creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition. Works across the global CFO & Enterprise Value practice to share lessons learned and best practices.

What we're looking for

 

Candidates should have solid experience in the finance area from working in Resources, Products, Telecoms Media or Technology industry and/or other consultancies showing experience in these sectors. You will be expected to be passionate and positive about the opportunity to enhance your existing experience and grow Accenture's capability to deliver finance solutions to our clients.

 

·       At a Senior Manager level, we would like to hear from candidates that can demonstrate a number of the skills below:

·       Capable of building strong relationships with clients and working well as part of a team

·       Proven capability in leadership and team management comprising both internal and client personnel

·       Responsibility for defining client issues and shaping projects to meet client expectations and deliver business outcomes

·       Design and execution of project and programme structures, including project deliverables, team structure and resourcing models

·       Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including engagement at the senior level

 

What Skills are required?

 

We require people with a proven track record either within other consultancies or blue-chip industry. The ability to work in a project related environment is critical. We are particularly looking for the following capabilities:

 

·       Extensive previous Finance Strategy or Consulting experience in a top tier Strategy, Consulting or boutique strategy firm.

·       Expert knowledge in Digital Strategy is highly desirable. 

·       Experience the Resources industry is desirable however experience in Communications, Media & Telecommunications (CMT) or Products would be suitable.

·       CFA, CIMA or ACA (highly desired).

·       A high degree of comfort with consulting frameworks and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis

·       Functional experience in Digital Strategy, Operating Model, Strategic Cost Reduction or Growth Strategy

·       Ability to effectively engage with senior-level client executives.

·       Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural teams to deliver high-quality output in short timeframes

·       Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large companies.

·       Ability to effectively mentor, advise, and coach subordinates.

·       Strong academic credentials (excellent undergraduate and preferably post-graduate or professional certification)

·       Excellent verbal and written competence in English

·       Experience of commercial management of consulting engagements
