Products T&O

Products Talent and Organisation (T&O) is a global practice and is the area of Accenture Consulting dedicated to developing and delivering market leading change management and workforce and HR solutions for our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to expand our capabilities in T&O Consulting and share our passion for business transformation, people development, innovative HR and change management.

 

As a group of practitioners, we work very closely with the world’s largest organisations across Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial and Automotive, Travel and Life Sciences, which gives us a strong understanding of the challenges they face and how our strong ties in the wider Accenture community can support them.

 

Role Description

 

Senior Managers generally spend much of their time working on client sites, delivering a project, as well as managing extra-curricular responsibilities and practice building on the side (proposition development). You’ll be expected to support and lead business development opportunities at existing or prospective clients, providing support to MDs and wider sales team, whilst also being responsible for directing and managing the development and delivery of high-quality T&O solutions for our clients.

 

Senior Managers responsibilities include:

  • Providing solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of solutions requires an in-depth knowledge of organisational objectives
  • Being involved in setting strategic direction to establish short to long term goals
  • Interacting with senior / exec management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Making decisions that will have a day to day impact on a team/area
  • Managing large teams/and or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
  • Having specific focus, knowledge and expertise on identifying right HR, People or Change solution and providing the required management and training to ensure successful implementation.

We want you to be driven to develop yourself and others, as well as having a ‘big picture’ understanding of one or more of our focus industries (Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial and Automotive, Travel and Life Sciences). 

As well as the above, you should have expertise in the following areas: 

  • Previous experience at a leading management consulting firm or internal consulting
  • Experience working on large scale transformation programme(s) – implementing target operating models; technology, change methodology and/or related people and change management
  • Functional expertise in Change Management or HR (ideally both)
  • Ability to cultivate long term relationships and grow business opportunities with our clients and prospective clients
  • Experience of the sales and budgeting process
  • Ability to operate at all stages of development lifecycle, from initial strategy projects through to full programme delivery
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology as well as more classic ‘Waterfall’ delivery approaches.
  • Experience of delivery programmes, including risk / issue management and project management
  • A good team worker with excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills and ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large amounts of information
  • Extra-curricular or external roles displaying leadership qualities
