Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus/benefits

  • Help optimise and transform business processes and technologies across a wide range of areas including: marketing clouds, campaign management, programmatic media buying/selling, customer data management and analytics, content management, eCommerce, marketing and media optimization and marketing operations, sales and service.

Position Description

We are looking for a highly effective Content Operations Delivery Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work on sold projects and help clients improve their marketing and content operations, which will enable them to run marketing automation and personalisation successfully. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Campaign (formerly Neolane), Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets or comparable technologies (eg Oracle or Salesforce) and will have a background in delivery and project management. The ideal candidate is driven, detail oriented and able to work autonomously. He/she is great at building client relationships and deliver projects successfully. 

 

 

Additional Key Responsibilities

·       Run workshops to uncover gaps and opportunities with respect to people and process, define taxonomy and solve for other content operations challenges.

·       Present findings and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.

·       Act as solution advisor supporting content operations needs for B2B and B2C engagements.

·       Drive development of functional and technical specifications related to content operations, data cleansing and quality assessment operations

·       Collaborate with experience, strategy and analytics teams to deliver successful end-to-end campaigns for clients.

·       Keep abreast of emerging and evolving trends in content operations and marketing automation tools.

·       Autonomous, with the ability to run project delivery including client relationship management and project management.

Basic Qualifications

·       Experience working with CMS, DAM and Marketing Automation tools

·       Bachelor's Degree

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Advanced experience with Neolane or similar marketing automation tools, e.g., Marketo, Unica, Aprimo, etc.

·       Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore or entreprise similar content management system

·       Experience with Adobe Assets, ADAM or other entreprise digital asset management platform

·       Experience designing and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web promotions, and display advertising

·       Exposure to the following technologies and practices a plus:

o   ETL processing and data warehousing

o   Commercial WCM and eCommerce platforms, e.g., Adobe CQ, SDL Tridion, Demandware, hybris

o   Web Analytics, e.g., Omniture, Webtrends, Google Analytics

o   Business Intelligence, e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos

·       Lead management, CRM, and MRM

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote

·       Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills

 

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

Your base location will be London, although this role may require travel to client sites located within UK & Ireland, Europe and Middle East/Africa. Therefore you must be willing to travel up to 50-75% of your time. Experience of working as part of multi functional teams for sales, client management and delivery is beneficial.
