Location: London

Travel: Up to 100%

Salary: £56000 - £85000+ Plus Bens & Competitive Commission Scheme

The key goals of this role will be:
 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets of Accenture ServiceNow UK&I
  • Lead and develop vertical-focused sales materials
  • Mentor and train less experienced sales team members within Accenture ServiceNow UK&I 

What responsibilities will you have?

 

  •        Drive and generate new business revenue opportunities and effective closure of sales
  •     Develop and maintain a sales strategy through territory planning, business development techniques and field-based sales activities
  •        Building effective relationships and business plans with ServiceNow
  •    Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers
  •    Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure
  •         Arranging and conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations
  •      Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the ServiceNow solution within the marketplace
  •        Work closely with sales to understand key prospect and customer requirements
  •         Understand key prospect and customer organisational goals
  •        Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders.
  •        Lead and help support key vertical-focused marketing initiatives
  •         Work within, and help lead, an extended team where required
  •         Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc 
  •     Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. 
  •         In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations etc in preparation for deployment  

What skills & experience are we looking for?

 

·     Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets

·     Previous sales experience gained within software or IT sales organisation managing a large number of sales cycles at any one time

·     Successful track record of driving direct and indirect sales

·     Demonstrable track record of displacing complex or legacy software

·     Previous SaaS sales experience

·  Commercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with customer’s personnel.

·     Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects

·   Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect /partner organisations including C’ level

·    Degree educated or equivalent
