Energy Management As-a-service is a stand-alone business practice within Accenture’s Sourcing and Procurement / BPS area as part of Accenture Operations.
This role requires an entrepreneurial individual who can operate in a fast growing and evolving marketplace within an area that is experiencing significant growth by taking responsibility and ownership for delivery across 4 key areas:
- GTM – Retention
- Campaign Management
- CRM and Systems
- Content & Communications
This requires a tactical hands on approach to delivery and meeting immediate business needs across our approach to market with a focus on the Retention Channel.
You will take responsibility and ownership for the development and implementation of a marketing activity specifically focused on delivering growth and profitability across the energy management practice working with EALA and NA (and as the business continues to grow globally) by:
- Leveraging the Accenture Brand
- Working closely with Accounts to improve retention and enhance customer experience
What responsibilities will you have?
Take ownership and responsibility for the Retention Channel plans within the energy management marketing department by:
- Delivery of compelling communications that are fit for purpose and support the revenue, profitability and growth as outlined in the Energy Management practice area business plan
- Ensuring Energy Management As-a-Service is embedded in all our marketing material and delivery
Measure and maintain marketing KPI’s including ROI and draw analysis on key trends.
To build solid stakeholder relationships with the Accounts teams as well as other key Heads of Department.
Develop strong internal relationships with Accenture stakeholders with a particular focus on the wider Marketing team within operations and beyond.
Undertake all other duties as assigned appropriate to the development of the role and the individual.
Manage the commercial relationships of our third party suppliers and partners.
Adherence to the Commercial Marketing Plan to deliver the defined projects and activity as well as maintaining the budget in a timely and commercial manner.
Go to Market – Retention
Work closely with Accounts team and other Heads of Department to develop, launch and deliver all marketing activities, including such items as collateral material, bespoke case studies, cross sell/upsell campaigns, promotions and third party alliances.
Work with the key stakeholders to define target criteria and develop appropriate approach to market.
Develop retention campaigns through systems, research/surveys and trigger communications.
Deliver retention campaigns including e-comms, events, webinars and product launches/propositions.
Ensure that we fully understand our existing and prospect Client base and the evolving energy management marketplace through:
- Client surveys and feedback campaigns
- Awareness of evolving products and services
- Market research and competitor analysis
Promotion of the Energy Management As-a-service brand and delivery capability across the wider internal Accenture audience.
Take responsibility for end to end campaign management including planning, creative development, execution and delivery. Reviewing and demonstrating the ROI, to support client growth within the retention channel.
Ensure that all campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and on budget, demonstrating cost savings and efficiencies where applicable.
Take responsibility for delivery of all campaigns to ensure a positive customer experience by superior execution in all areas of the marketing mix and customer touchpoints.
CRM & Systems
Support the chosen CRM within the business. Developing fit for purpose ways of maintaining our customer data and working towards a single customer view.
Develop a solid understanding of the functions of the CRM and help to educate and motivate the account teams in respect to data integrity.
Ensure data quality and develop data criteria for our retention customers.
Utilise the chosen marketing software within the business to manage the retention customer journey. Developing trigger communications and touchpoints to support client retention.
Content & Communications
Working with Accenture to ensure that all activities are within the Accenture Guidelines and all within the energy management area are kept up to date and using the right materials
Develop targeted, personalised and relevant content and communications to support the key messages for our retention channel to support business growth.
Network within the wider Accenture channel developing strong internal relationships with key marketing personnel to enhance the energy management marketing function.
