Role: Deal Execution Manager

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Travel – up to 50% of the time

Salary: £60-68k depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package including car allowance and annual bonus.

People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • You will drive sales across our growth areas (consulting, digital, operations, technology, strategy) within our Health and Public Service (H&PS) Industry Group
  • Working within Accenture Newcastle, you will be a key member of our growing sales team, with responsibility for growing our H&PS business, so bringing to revenue to the Accenture North-East region
  • Establishing yourself as an Ambassador for Accenture across the region, creating trust-based enduring relationships with current and future clients
  • Shaping offerings for clients working closely with various stakeholders, across all levels, within Accenture to create deal solutions
  • Collaborating with client, Accenture Newcastle, and UK account teams and capabilities to provide initial advice to clients
  • Bring the best of Accenture, including showcasing the diverse range of work we do, and mobilising our diverse and experienced workforce, to our future clients

 

What skills & experience do we need?

  • You will have strong existing regional connections and knowledge
  • A proven track record of delivering a strong sales pipeline
  • The ability to close complex deals with multiple moving parts
  • An ability to understand and bring to life the experience and capabilities Accenture brings to our clients
  • Understanding and interest in latest trends within the technology sector

What skills & experience would be beneficial?

  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of sizing and pricing various deal models, managing deal P&L’s and Experience in leading contract negotiation processes
