Salary: up to £70,000 depending on experience + benefits

Job Description
This position is marketing manager for the Consumer industries within the Accenture Products Operating Group.  This is not a traditional marketing role. This individual is obsessed with digital, has their fingers on the pulse when it comes to social media, and innovates continually to develop the-next-big-thing for issue-based, content-led, digitally-enabled marketing.
The person in this role is a digital marketing visionary with a mind for business. This position requires a passionate marketer with a pioneering spirit—a social media maven, a data geek, a storyteller, a lifelong learner, a willing teacher, an efficient business operator, and an inspiring leader. This person is flexible, does not hesitate to adapt programs based on data insights, and play devil’s advocate to produce compelling content for business outcomes. This individual is not an order taker, transaction processor, wall flower or yes-person.
Key Objectives:
  • Be a trend setting digital content marketer with a strong understanding of digital channels and driving differentiation through highly-personalized, customized digital campaigns. Actively participating on social media.
  • Deliver the strategy and implementation of a content-led, issues-based, digitally-enabled marketing strategy for retail and consumer goods industry segments.
  • Enhance client perception of Accenture; differentiate Accenture from competitors, and create preference for our services and assets.
  • Equip and enable our business teams to confidently and knowledgeably talk about our point of view with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and manage integrated, digital-led marketing programs including but not limited to website development, organic optimization, social media, and paid search marketing.
  • Establish and manage a measurement frameworks that include both qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and actionable recommendations that support optimization of marketing programs.
  • Manage third party providers (e.g. agencies, designers, writers)
  • Understand and apply marketing analytics and drive continuous improvement
  • Assist planning of investments and manage operational budget items
  • Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience in B2B integrated marketing including digital, social media, marketing analytics and content development.
  • Experience in writing/editing for digital and social media channels.
  • Proven experience with customer relationship management programs (Salesforce)
  • Strong written, content development and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage and actively contribute to multiple deadline-driven tasks and projects
  • Must thrive in environments that move quickly and adjust as appropriate
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
  • Comfortable collaborating and working within a highly matrixed environment of marketers, creatives, and thought leaders
  • Ability to work independently/autonomously
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, congenial, and assertive
