Global KYC Training & Execution Lead


Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4-6 Months

Salary: Negotiable (dependant on experience)




As the Training & Execution Lead, you will lead the delivery of training for a cross functional global delivery network delivering KYC services. You will be accountable for ensuring the Operational teams are fully trained and versed in the: EDD, CDD, IC <ICM, TFFI> and SDD KYC processes. The Training & Execution Lead is Responsible and Accountable for managing the training across delivery sites, minimizing operational impacts through planning and capacity forecasting, and ensuring that the contractual requirements for training are met. This role will report directly into the Operational Excellence Lead.


Accountabilities & Deliverables


·        Training & Execution Leads are accountable for the overall training of the account:

o   Ensuring that Operation is trained across all KY Processes delivered (EDD, CDD, IC <ICM, TFFI> and SDD, the global delivery is trained to the contractual agreements, and that capacity forecasting is aligned with delivery leads to counter balance any delivery impacts from training

·        Accountable the Training management and forecasting:

o   Ensure a forecast is created, agreed, communicated, and followed – ensuring delivery teams can plan outputs accordingly and appropriately gauge client appetite

o   Liaise directly with Delivery leads, Team Leads, and the Allocation Lead to ensure training plan is aligned to supply/demand of operation

·        Accountable & Responsible for meeting training contractual obligations:

o   Lead will deliver training and ensure a multi-skilled workforce across all delivery locations

o   Lead will be required to work closely to Process Leads across all processes to ensure latest information, guidance, and processes are trained to delivery teams

·        Responsible for continuous management and training improvement:

o   Training & Execution lead will seek to continuously improve the efficiency of training, training framework, delivery methods, and quality outcomes

o   Leads will also ensure that the management of training is structured, and operationalized, in order to streamline and continually improve the way the operation delivers training programmes

·     Accountable for the reporting of achievement of productivity, skills, and quality outcomes post training:

o   Leads are required to report qualitative and quantitative data to internal leadership to track the progress of training and outcomes

·        Directs a geographically dispersed team across a number of key locations:

o   Leads will need to work across delivery sites to communicate, coordinate, and delivery training

Skills & Capabilities

·        Minimum of 2-3 Financial Services experience with a deep understanding of KYC Processes and Strong knowledge in remediation/KYC projects

·        Training Background highly preferred (1-2 experience, but flexible)

·        Articulate and professional demeanour

·        Distinct ability to train, lead presentation, facilitate constructive conversations, and comfortable in front of an audience

·        Demonstrated ability to progress required scope and meet timelines

·        Excellent communicator with Excellent interpersonal skills who can operate at all levels with proven experience delivering training modules

·        Positive attitude with a proactive and resilient approach to problem solving, who can deliver High standard of work quality and attention to detail
