Your primary day-to-day job will be converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday SaaS HCM & financials system.
Workday Implementation Project Delivery:
• Converting Data into Workday using proprietary loading tools
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data
• Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath
• Experience with an HCM or ERP System
• Experience with ETL Software including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho preferred
• Prior conversion or data integration experience, Web Services or programming experience
• Experience with MySql or Oracle database products
• Prior experience in Microsoft Excel
• Keen understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Sense of urgency to achieve timely, quality results
• Technical, analytical focus
• Pro-active, problem solving/ decision-making orientation
• Good documentation and communication skills
