Key Responsibilities

 

The Workday Integration Consultant will focus on delivering integration solutions to Workday clients. This role will drive the integrations workstream, completing activities in design, build, and test of integration solutions and reports, vendor management, and deployment of Workday integration solutions. 
 
A professional at the Consultant level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
• Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
• Accountable for assigned integrations and/or project activities assigned by technical lead or supervisor
• Interaction with all workstreams including functional, reports, conversion, change management and project management
• Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
• Analyse business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations; documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions


Qualifications:
• Workday Integrations certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in multiple integration areas:
o Workday Studio
o EIBs/iLoad solutions
o Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
o Cloud Connect for Benefits
o Workday HCM functional
• Prior experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
