Travel:   10%

Salary:  Up to £53,000 depending on experience

What responsibilities will you have?

 

We are looking for a motivated team player to work in the fastest-moving part of Accenture’s business, Accenture Digital.  Accenture Digital covers all the work that we do to change the way the world lives and works through digital transformation; Accenture Analytics, Accenture Mobility and Accenture Interactive, the agency arm of Accenture Digital.

 

Accenture Digital is also one of fastest-growing parts of Accenture’s business, through both organic growth and acquisition.  The candidate will work as part of the global Accenture Digital marketing team to specifically manage communications and marketing around our acquisitions in all markets across the world.  The candidate will integrate all comms and marketing workstreams both global and in the relevant market (internal communications, media, social media and brand strategy).

 

The successful individual will be a strong project manager and a excellent communicator.  They will need to be a strategic-thinker and team player, adept at managing a complex range of internal stakeholders. They must have strong analytical and creative skills and be a skilled multi-tasker at ease working within a busy and fast-paced environment.  They will need to have an entrepreneurial, agile and collaborative working approach.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with senior leadership and stakeholders including deal teams
  • Operate as a trusted advisor bringing in experts from across all communications disciplines
  • Project management of communications across range of acquisitions including creation and maintenance of calendar and tracker
  • Creation of templates to help local markets
  • Draft and create communications materials
  • Liasion with market research teams
  • Work closely with creative agencies for campaign creation and execution
  • Liaision with global colleagues for best practice, new developments
  • Be a marketing ambassador for our digital and social agenda 


What skills & experience are we looking for?

 

  • Good understanding of Accenture’s business and overall business strategy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priority projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent strong writing, editorial and creative skills.
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep understand of digital and social media marketing and channels.
  • Strong understanding of business content and how to apply to business issues and problems.
  • Understanding of the competitor marketplace and Accenture’s positioning amongst peers.
  • Passion for content, and interest in content marketing.
  • Experience of supervising support staff, contractors and working closely with creative agencies.
  • Understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics packages, social management systems, CRM systems.
  • Relationship building skills and experience of managing complex multiple stakeholders.
  • Developing negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

 

What academic qualifications do you need?

 

Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent
