Olikka is now a part of Accenture
Accenture enhances Cloud First capabilities in Australia and NZ with acquisition of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services specialist firm Olikka.
In November 2020, Accenture completed its acquisition of Olikka, a Melbourne-based provider of cloud migration and related services, enhancing Accenture’s Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) capabilities, as well as its broader cloud capabilities. This acquisition will further enhance the global capabilities of Accenture Cloud First, a multi-service group providing the full stack of cloud services to help clients become "cloud first" businesses so they can accelerate their digital transformation, innovate faster, and create differentiated, sustainable value.
Olikka’s experience with Azure and AWS, and their strong cloud-native capabilities in areas such as application modernisation and security, means Accenture can go straight to the heart of our clients’ most pressing challenges and fully deliver value. With the addition of Olikka’s team of cloud experts, Accenture will be better positioned to help companies deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
Learn more about how Olikka, now part of Accenture, helped the Victorian winery migrate its legacy data to the cloud, retiring two-thirds of their servers and reducing infrastructure costs by 40%. The winery is now able to scale-up and down its environment to accommodate demands in usage, providing cost savings and flexibility, something the winery had not been able to do before.
Olikka, now part of Accenture delivered efficiency and productivity gains to UniSuper, one of Australia’s largest super funds, in a new hybrid way of working. With Office 365, Teams and Olikka’s Collaboration Roadmap, UniSuper was able to keep personnel connected and productive during COVID-19.
