Role Overview

Accenture is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Lead to drive growth across our Health & Public Sector clients.

With over 10 years of sales experience, you will be responsible for originating opportunities, shaping complex deals, and closing strategic engagements. You will bring strong Cyber Security expertise, a proven track record in selling services and solutions, and the ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Origination

  • Identify, originate and develop Cyber Security opportunities within Health & Public Sector accounts
  • Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive pipeline growth across priority clients and strategic accounts

Cyber Security Expertise

  • Lead client discussions on Cyber Security strategy, services, and solutions
  • Translate business needs into differentiated, value-driven offerings
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, threats, and regulatory changes

Deal Shaping & Execution

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: origination, solutioning, and deal closure
  • Shape complex deals aligned to Accenture’s offerings and operating model
  • Lead or support bid management, commercial structuring, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on Cyber Security services

  • Proven experience in managing complex Security deals (managed services and/or implementation)

  • Strong understanding of Health & Public Sector industry

  • Demonstrated success in opportunity origination and pipeline growth

  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and deal-closing skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a large, global organisation (e.g. Accenture or similar)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
