Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software enhancements that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to design scalable software components using modern development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within integrated software environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
