Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve integration challenges and optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools to connect diverse systems and applications.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of software components to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
