Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and apply best practices for software engineering.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of applications to meet high standards of scalability and reliability.
- Experience in integrating software solutions with various enterprise systems and databases.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
