Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first and agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in full stack development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across the stack.
Python, LLM, RAG, LangChain,TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, Prompt Engineering, AWS, GCP Vertex, MLOps(MLFlow, Kubeflow)
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
