Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively integrated across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process designs.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation to gather and validate requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and their integration with business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
