The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving successful project outcomes and fostering innovation within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software solutions.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
