- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges that impact project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance across systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Additional Information:
