Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing test automation scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
