Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency, as you work diligently to keep our systems running smoothly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with NEXThink.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with client relationship management and communication strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
