Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Prerequisite for RDE
- Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAP s AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.
- Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.
- Experience with Transforming processes with AI & infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.
- Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation & effective demo/communication experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and application configuration.
- Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and analytics.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
