Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Machine Learning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Glue, Apache Kafka, Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
- Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Machine Learning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
