Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as priorities may shift based on evolving business demands and project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and web application frameworks.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions using component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and integration with back-end services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
