Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that support the entire application lifecycle. Daily activities encompass continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position requires active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing improvements. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining automated testing scripts and managing data and environment configurations to ensure seamless testing operations across multiple platforms and teams.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet business requirements and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools that complement Selenium for comprehensive test coverage.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of environment configuration and data management to support reliable and repeatable test execution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
