•5年以上のコンサルティングの経験
•プロジェクト管理経験、PMP保有者（予測、計画、進捗、課題、リスク、会議、関係者、成果物の品質などの管理）優先
•顧客とのコミュニケーションスキル、豊富なプロジェクトマネジメント層への報告経験
•優れたストレス耐性、ひずみ能力、能動性
•銀行プロジェクト経験を有する者を優先
•勤務地：上海、2年間現地駐在
