Your application journey

Step 1: Application

We look for your work history, academic results and team experience. But also, a bit about you: why you’re keen on joining us, and what you’re into. You’ll be asked to upload a copy of your resume at this point.

Step 2: Minimum requirement check

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review your CV for eligibility and suitability for our graduate roles, then we’ll be in touch for next steps. *You need to be New Zealand Citizen to apply.

Step 3: Video interview

You’ll be asked a few short questions and record your answers. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your interest in the company. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes of your time.

Step 4: Recruitment screen

This will be a phone chat with our recruiter. To get to know you and your strengths better, this will help us begin to understand which area of Accenture you best align too.

Step 5: Accenture adventure

Next, you’ll be invited to Assessment Day where you’ll work in teams to tackle challenges and demonstrate your skills. You’ll meet graduates who went through the process recently and our leadership team.

Step 6: Business review

Successful candidates will be invited to a 1:1 Behavioral Interview. It’s recommended you prepare some good examples of working in a team and applying your skills. Don’t forget the STAR technique.

Step 7: Get an offer

Congratulations! Once you’re signed, sealed and ready to rumble, we’ll reach out and let you know where, when and how you’ll start (after the celebrations that is).
