Every day is different at Accenture. We reinvent the way every job is done for our 4,000+ clients across 40 industries.
We strive to support our graduate employees to promotion within approximately three years of joining. You'll get extensive training and a dedicated career counsellor to help you progress.
We provide online, classroom and on-the-job training to help students transition from university to the workplace. Training topics range from Design Thinking to Storytelling to Technical and Industry Certs.
A culture of equality is essential to us. It’s what drives innovation. People are more likely to be innovative if they have the freedom to be creative, feel respected and valued.
We take our responsibility for the future of the company and the planet seriously. We ensure everything we do—for our clients, people and communities—is done with integrity.
Attracting, developing and retaining the best talent is key to our success. That’s why our package is so competitive – at every level.
We could tell you how future-shaping being an Accenture grad is, but we’ll let them do the talking.
We look for your work history (don’t worry if you don’t have any), academic results and team experience. But also a bit about you: why you’re keen on joining us, as well and what you’re into. You’ll also be asked to upload a copy of your resume at this point. (Hint: We’ve included some tips and advice from recruiters below).
Oh, and you need to be a New Zealand Citizen to apply.
If something about you catches our Graduate Recruiting Team’s eye, they’ll reach out for a chat – and let you know if we’re planning on any further discussions or skill-testing.
If our recruiters think you’re a good match they’ll invite you to complete a short video interview. You’ll have to respond to a few questions so we can learn a bit more about how you might fit at Accenture.
Successful candidates will be invited to Accenture Adventure - a full day of interactive sessions with group & individual activities, case studies and problem solving. As well as a face-to-face with an Accenture leader.
Congratulations! Once you’re signed, sealed and ready to rumble, we’ll reach out and let you know where, when and how you’ll start (after the celebrations that is).
Resumés and CVs are always a little tricky. So here’s a few hints from us:
