How I put change in motion

As a data science consultant, over the past three years, I have designed innovative AI solutions to resolve complex business problems for my clients. At Accenture, I get numerous opportunities to learn and stay abreast with the latest technology and solutions. Each new client brings with it new opportunities to expand my domain knowledge and improve my “technology quotient”.

A day in my life

On a regular day, you will find me identifying business problems, brainstorming innovative ideas and deriving the most optimal solution for my clients. Of course, I get to apply the most relevant data science and machine learning algorithms to derive the desired solutions. What I like most about working at Accenture is that I’m a part of a dynamic and encouraging global ecosystem of data scientists and innovative thinkers. I would also like to highlight that even though we’re working with some of the greatest minds from around the world, each idea is assessed on its merit. My idea will receive the same importance and scrutiny as an idea from my seniors or juniors. Plus, there’s an excellent culture of constructive feedback that helps all of us grow both personally and professionally.

 

Overall, working at Accenture feels more like a hobby than a job. It’s something that you are passionate about and something that you enjoy every day.
