Your daily work
- You will take a responsible role in test management and ensure effective planning and execution of tests.
- You will work closely with various teams, including developers, business analysts and project managers, both internal and external, and communicate effectively with them.
- You will carefully verify test requirements and ensure a smooth flow of test activities throughout the test cycle to ensure a successful implementation.
- You will continuously optimize the testing process and proactively identify potential issues to increase the efficiency and success of the tests.
- You will actively document test results and produce clear and concise reports for all stakeholders to enable transparent and well-informed decision making.
Qualifications
Who you are
- You have experience as a Test Manager and are able to develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan tests and resources accordingly.
- You have extensive knowledge of test phases, methods and metrics, and are proficient in the use of test and defect management tools (e.g. HP-ALM).
- You have experience in leading test teams and have excellent communication skills with the various contacts inside and outside your team.
- You are familiar with the agile software development process and can plan and implement testing accordingly.
- Ideally, you have experience working on projects within the banking sector.
- You are fluent in German.
