Insurance
Accenture has formed partnerships with numerous insurance companies. We offer accident insurance with the Zurich Insurance Group and daily sickness benefit insurance with AXA. In addition, you benefit from discounts on supplementary insurance with the health insurer Sanitas. Accenture also pays 2/3 of the savings contributions for your pension insurance fund (in fact, we pay the full amount for employees under 24).

Salary / bonus payments

Compensation for overtime
Overtime is recorded in a time account and can be compensated with payment or extra free time. Please note that overtime regulations vary between units and levels.
