Taking the first step in your career is a big deal, and while some people may know exactly what they want to do, others are keen to explore a range of experiences and interests. That’s why we launched the Analyst and Associate Career Experience (AACE). As part of AACE, we want to equip you with the right skills, knowledge, experience and networks to empower you to take ownership of your career from the get-go.
All grads will start in one of these programs within AACE:
Apply innovation to unlock trapped value within client organisations. Experiment cross-industry by cycling through different roles. Develop your skills, passions and interests to find out where you fit.
Provide innovative technology services to transform client businesses. Bring innovation, intelligence and deep industry experience together. Reinvent client businesses as intelligent enterprises – and innovate them at scale across their entire organisations.
We look for your work history (don’t worry if you don’t have any), academic results and team experience. But also a bit about you: why you’re keen on joining us, and what you’re into. You’ll also be asked to upload a copy of your resume at this point. (Hint: we’ve included some tips and advice from recruiters below).
Oh, and you need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.
Once we’ve received your application we’ll review your CV for eligibility and suitability for our graduate roles, then we’ll be in touch for next steps.
If something about you catches our Graduate Recruiting Team’s eye, they’ll reach out for a chat – and let you know if we’re planning on any further discussions or skill-testing.
Successful candidates will be invited to an interactive virtual assessment day which includes team activity followed by a one on one video interview with an Accenture leader.
Congratulations! Once you’re signed, sealed and ready to rumble, we’ll reach out and let you know where, when and how you’ll start (after the celebrations that is).
Resumés and CVs are always a little tricky. So here’s a few hints from us:
*You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.

Attracting, developing and retaining the best talent is key to our success. That’s why our package is so competitive – at every level.
We could tell you how future-shaping being an Accenture grad is, but we’ll let them do the talking.
