In each of my projects, I work closely with the functional team and business representatives to look at the impact a process change has on the people within our clients’ enterprises. We study the business ecosystem and help them understand and learn what they need for a successful transformation.
I’ve recently completed a global HR transformation project with a leading consumer goods and beverage client. This task has been my favorite and the most exciting so far as I got the chance to interact with global Accenture teams and gain an in-depth understanding of the clients’ breweries’ production, global distribution networks and operations.
My project team typically consists of people from different nationalities and cultures. We regularly have colleagues from the Philippines, Indonesia, Germany, India and many more. Working across different client sites and countries, tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint and Skype video calls help us to collaborate effectively.
Aside from access to the vast wealth of training and development Accenture offers its employees, what I like the most about working here is that everyone embraces and respects each other’s uniqueness. In this organization, we value dynamism, modernism and community.
To bring balance to my bustling schedule, I take time off to travel. I love people-watching, eating different cuisines and exploring “hidden gems” in foreign places. In my free time, I also kickbox, dance and do yoga. In fact, I’m currently preparing for a hip-hop performance as an alumni for my junior college dance concert.
