Medical coverage
Employees are covered for inpatient, outpatient GP and specialist insurance plans and have access to cashless options at a wide range of panel clinics.
Dental coverage
Employees have access to dental plans for routine check-ups and additional services needed for their overall oral health.
Health screening program
Employees can enjoy the benefits of comprehensive health screening at any clinic of their choice.
Employee assistance program
Employees have access to employee assistance on challenges related to work, family, relationships and finances via a range of telephonic and advisory services under a confidential environment.
Additional benefits

Dependent medical coverage
Dependents are automatically covered for inpatient insurance, and have the option to be covered for outpatient GP and specialist insurance.
Parental leave
We offer the below to Accenture parents:
20 weeks paid maternity leave
15 working days paid paternity / secondary caregivers leave
12 weeks adoption leave
Care for dependents
We offer caregiver leave for employees to care for an immediate family member who is ill. We also offer childcare leave for children aged 12 and below, and unpaid infant care leave for children under the age of two.
Work locally
Female employees may work locally and not be required to fly out of their home office for one year following their return from their paid maternity leave.

Your time away
Sometimes, situations in life call you away from your work. In those times, know that we support you with a full suite of time-away programs including paid holidays, paid time off (PTO) days, and extra time off for new parents.
Paid time off
PTO encompasses traditional vacation time along with paid sick leave; days vary based on career level and tenure.
Holidays
We provide 11 paid holidays for you, in addition to the PTO program.

Long-term illness coverage
Accenture continues a portion of your salary for up to 90 days if you are on long-term illness or injury and unable to work.
