Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will engage in the innovative process of architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to enhance the model's performance. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the models meet the required specifications and contribute to the overall project goals. Your role will also include analyzing the effectiveness of the models and making necessary adjustments to improve their capabilities, ensuring that they are aligned with the latest advancements in the field.

- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
