Summary:
As a BI Engineer, your typical day involves developing and maintaining interfaces that transform data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. You will be engaged in migrating and deploying data-driven solutions while ensuring that security and data privacy measures are seamlessly integrated. Your role is pivotal in enabling teams to access reliable knowledge engines that foster adoption and enhance operational efficiency through well-structured data environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to improve performance and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and implement efficient data models that support business intelligence needs.
- Experience with data integration and transformation processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data storage for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles, including security and privacy considerations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
